Promotion Terms and Conditions
BUY T-SHIRTS – GET 50 PLN

  1. Upon purchasing any PROMOSTARS, CRIMSON CUT, or MARK THE HELPER T-shirts for a total net amount of 1,000 PLN, the buyer will receive 1 Empik e-gift card worth 50 PLN.
  2. The promotion is valid from 11.05.2026 to 22.05.2026 or while the supply of Empik e-gift cards lasts.
  3. GEFFER T-shirts are excluded from this promotion.
  4. When ordering eligible T-shirts with a value that is a multiple of the net amount of 1,000 PLN, the buyer will receive the corresponding multiple of 50 PLN Empik e-gift cards.
  5. The e-cards will be sent in the form of a code via email to the address specified in the order.
  6. The e-gift cards can be used for purchases at brick-and-mortar EMPIK stores, on the online store www.empik.com, and in the Empik mobile app.
T-shirt promotion
  1. The e-cards can be redeemed until 11.05.2027.
  2. To use Empik e-Gift Cards for purchases on the Empik Online Store and in the Empik mobile app, a customer account must be created on the Empik Online Store in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Empik Online Store (https://empik.com/regulamin).
  3. Empik e-Gift Cards must be registered and linked to the customer’s account. The Empik Gift Cards linked to the account are visible under Available Funds in the following tab: https://empik.com/twoje-konto/dostepne-srodki or in the Empik mobile app.
  4. A maximum of 20 e-gift cards can be linked to a single account on the empik.com store to hold funds for use. Once all or part of the funds are spent, subsequent e-gift cards can be linked to the account.
  5. Empik Gift Cards can be used to purchase goods and services sold by both Empik and entities other than Empik (hereinafter referred to as “Empik Marketplace sellers”). Information regarding the Empik Marketplace service can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the Empik Online Store: https://empik.com/regulamin).

  7. Any potential issues with using the e-gift card should be reported directly to empik.com at reklamacje.karty@empik.com or +48 22 462 72 50.
  8. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  9. The promotion applies only to orders for goods that are in stock during the promotion period.
  10. Goods purchased under this promotion are non-returnable.
  11. Goods purchased under this promotion are subject to quality complaints under standard terms.
  12. Any complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted in writing at the point of sale.
